From about 2 weeks before the start date of the practical training, please inform the students to check their temperature every morning and cold symptoms, and reducing the opportunities of going to places where there is a high risk of coronavirus infection.
During the practical training, please inform the students that they will take basic infection prevention measures such as washing their hands and always wearing a mask, and will implement further infection prevention measures.
If a student is identified as a close contact person, such as when an infection is confirmed in the family of a student who is planning to participate in the practical training, participation in the practical training will be postponed at least for two weeks from the date of the last contact with the infected person. Please instruct the students.
Your academic advisor should inform students that they will follow the instructions for infectious disease control at the host site during the training and that they will take a rest at home if they have cold symptoms such as fever or other illness.
If a student is found to be infected COVID-19, or if the practical training has to be stopped in a hurry due to the spread of infection in the area, etc., please established a system that enables prompt contact with the host of the practical training.
When conducting practical training, please observe the requests regarding guidance and social activities from the national government and the local government where the training destination is located, and implement appropriate measures to prevent infection properly.
